ABOUT THE QUEEN'S CRUMB 

After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Algonquin College in Ottawa, ON, Melissa enrolled in the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts. 

While studying in Toronto, ON, she obtained her diploma in Confectionary Arts and Cake Design. 

As a creative entrepreneur, Melissa has put her artistic skills on display by starting up her own cake and confectionary company based out of Ottawa, Canada.

The Queen's Crumb offers you the opportunity to order a custom-designed cake for your special occasions, ranging from personal milestones to corporate events.
